About Mari

Mari is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor who offers a calm, nurturing presence in each class. Her focus is on creating a space where students feel welcome, supported, and safe to simply be themselves. No pressure, no performance, just presence.

 

Mari came to Kundalini Yoga during a particularly difficult period in her life. At the invitation of a friend, she attended a class and felt an immediate and profound connection to the practice. What began as a quiet curiosity soon became a powerful path of healing, self-discovery, and inner strength. It’s this same sense of support and transformation that she now shares with others.

Her classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience. Through breathwork, movement, meditation, and mantra, Mari gently guides students into a deeper connection with themselves; mentally, physically, and energetically. Each class is a chance to soften, to release, and to feel held by the practice and the space around you.

All she asks is that you come with an open mind and an open heart.
